Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the bar offering. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and mentor others. The Restaurant Ambassadors Club House - New Opening Named after the Sethis’ maternal grandfather, a former Indian Ambassador, the restaurant will take inspiration from his summer house in Dalhousie (formerly part of Punjab) and North India’s abandoned party mansions, as well as the founders’ own Punjabi heritage. The menu focuses on the cuisine of undivided Punjab.
