We are looking for enthusiastic full-time and part-time Baristas for our Costa Franchise store New Addington (CR0 0JB) Candidates must have good verbal communication skills, be flexible and willing to learn a variety of skills. Previous Barista experience is essential.

Your main duties as a Bartender will be: - Preparing non-alcoholic beverages and coffees. - Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving. - Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. - Comply with all food and beverage regulations. General skills you should posses: - Ability to multitask and remain organised during a busy period. - High level of attention to detail. - Adaptability to embrace new ideas and processes, and work unsupervised. - Strong team-player, as well as natural leader qualities. - Positive, approachable and professional manner. - Interpersonal communication skills. We are looking for someone who is friendly and bubbly. Be able to communicate well with customers. Job role is front of house. Including making drinks, serving, taking orders, cleaning front of house, taking payments. Payment is made weekly Experience is preferred and also paid according experience and level of service. 6 Days a week Tuesday to Sunday. You must be available on weekends. Immediate start.
