The Role: • Create relaxed, memorable experiences for our guests., • Deliver warm service and share your knowledge of food and drink., • Ensure every visit feels special. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly and professionally from arrival to departure., • Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately., • Deliver knowledgeable service around menus, drinks, and daily specials., • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation., • Handle payments and reservations accurately., • Support the wider team during busy services. What We're Looking For: • A positive, approachable personality with a natural ability to engage with people., • A genuine interest in food, drink, and great hospitality., • Previous experience preferred but not essential — full training provided., • Strong teamwork, reliability, and a professional attitude., • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
