We are looking for friendly, confident, and motivated individuals to join our welcoming Front of House team. Whether you're seeking full-time hours or a part-time role alongside other commitments, we're interested in those who genuinely enjoy hospitality and looking after guests.
The Role:
- Create relaxed, memorable experiences for our guests.
- Deliver warm service and share your knowledge of food and drink.
- Ensure every visit feels special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally from arrival to departure.
- Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
- Deliver knowledgeable service around menus, drinks, and daily specials.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle payments and reservations accurately.
- Support the wider team during busy services.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, approachable personality with a natural ability to engage with people.
- A genuine interest in food, drink, and great hospitality.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential — full training provided.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
