Administrator Location: Office-based, Banstead, Surrey (SM7) Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Banstead. This is a busy, office-based role supporting multiple projects and working to varied deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects, • Manage and prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines, • Assist with general office administration duties, • Support training and onboarding of new staff, • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external stakeholders, • Maintain accurate records and documentation, • Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office activities Skills & Experience • Previous administrative or office-based experience preferred, • Strong organisational and time-management skills, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Confident working with staff at all levels and external stakeholders, • Good general office and IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office), • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer • Competitive salary, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunity to work across varied projects, • On -site parking
