Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-Time, In-Person) Salary: £2,000/month Base + Uncapped Commission Hours: 35 hours per week Company: 7C Digital Media (7cdm.co.uk) The Role: ---Top performers can earn £10K+/monthly--- We are looking for a highly driven,hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face-to-face prospecting across Glasgow. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to: • Pick up the phone daily and make high volumes of cold calls, • Walk into businesses and pitch confidently, • Handle rejection constantly and keep pushing Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation (90%) • Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily, • Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow, • Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services, • Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services, • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, • Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects, • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Pipeline & Reporting (10%) • Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM, • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups, • Report weekly performance and pipeline progress Targets & Expectations • High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day), • Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in-person), • Weekly meeting and revenue targets, • Strong closing performance This is a performance-driven role — results matter.
