We are looking for a highly driven,hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face-to-face prospecting across Glasgow.
This is not a passive role.
You will be expected to:
- Pick up the phone daily and make high volumes of cold calls
- Walk into businesses and pitch confidently
- Handle rejection constantly and keep pushing
- Close deals and hit targets consistently
If you are not comfortable with pressure, targets, and constant outreach — this role is not for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation (90%)
- Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily
- Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow
- Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services
- Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Pipeline & Reporting (10%)
- Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
- Report weekly performance and pipeline progress
Targets & Expectations
- High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day)
- Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in-person)
- Weekly meeting and revenue targets
- Strong closing performance
This is a performance-driven role — results matter.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience (B2B only)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing or web services sales
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing deals
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO
- Paid Ads (Google/Meta)
- Websites / WordPress / Ecommerce
- Social media marketing
