Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organised Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence using appropriate phone etiquette, • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office., • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively, • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents, • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as required, • Maintain a tidy reception area to ensure a welcoming environment, • Proven office experience or clerical experience is preferred, • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, • Good typing speed and data entry skills, • Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent communication abilities, • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
