As Head Nurse, you will lead our nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and positive working environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining our exceptional clinical standards and ensuring our bespoke technology and state-of-the-art facilities are used to their fullest potential. Job Requirements • Proven experience as a Head Nurse, • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others., • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care., • Confident using technology and open to working with innovative veterinary systems and tools., • A proactive, organised, and compassionate approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient and client care., • Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practice protocols., • Collaborate closely with our veterinary surgeons and wider practice team to deliver seamless care and an exceptional client experience., • Manage clinical standards, health and safety compliance, and the maintenance of all medical equipment and technology., • Take responsibility for stock management and ordering of medical supplies and medications., • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture in line with our Creature Comforts pillars., • Actively contribute to the development of the clinic and participate in continuous professional development and training.
