Candidate to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of the property, working predominantly in the Essex area. Main Duties: - To arrive for work at the hours agreed with the Operations Manager. - To carry out all cleaning duties as agreed with the Operations and Service Manager. - To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property. - To be responsible for the care and condition of D.A.S Cleaning equipment’s and report any failures to Operations and Service Manager immediately. Competences (in order of importance): - Integrity – Job requires being honest and ethical. - Attention to Detail – Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks. - Polite – Job requires being pleasant with others and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. - Concern for Others – Job requires being sensitive to others’ needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job. Requirement : - Candidate must have reliable transportation used to travel from one location to another as the job requires candidate to travel and move cleaning materials and supplies. - Candidate must obtain a DBS standard check or be willing to do one. - Experience in cleaning residential and commercial properties General: - Candidate to undertake training offered by D.A.S Cleaning as required. - Candidate to be aware of, and to adhere to and uphold, the D.A.S Cleaning policies and procedures.
