We are a growing e-commerce business based in Watford and are looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant to support our daily picking, packing, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for someone local who is reliable and flexible with availability to meet changing order volumes. Key Responsibilities • Picking and packing customer orders accurately, • Labelling, weighing, and preparing parcels for dispatch, • Meeting daily cut-off and dispatch deadlines, • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation, • Stock handling and basic inventory checks, • Must already have the legal right to work in the UK, • Based locally in or near Watford with reliable transport, • Flexible availability, including occasional early starts or extended hours during busy periods, • Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace, • Physically fit for warehouse work (lifting, standing, moving stock), • Full-time, stable employment, • Consistent hours with overtime available during peak periods, • Supportive, small-team working environment, • Training provided
