I am looking to recruit a Self Employed Cleaning Operative, to clean Communal Hallways in various blocks of flats which are privately owned. The blocks are mostly in the Watford/Bushey area. Experience essential, although full training will be given to the successful applicant. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for work. Hours of work - Monday to Thursday. Approximately 4-5 hours a day. Occasional additional work at weekends by prior agreement. The higher rate of pay is based on experience, therefore a probationary period will be at the lower rate until the suitable candidate is trained and working to the company's standards.
