The Position: We are a growing company based in Watford WD17 that is offering a permanent opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join and help secure sales leads and assist in marketing activities within the sales team. Salary: £20,000 per annum with an increase to £25,000 after a 3-month successful review Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 (30min lunch) Monday to Friday Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum (inclusive of bank holidays) Requirements: Applicants should possess the necessary requirements listed below. · Previous Admin experience · PC Literate – quick learner · Possess a high level of organizational skills. · Possess the ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. · Excellent attention to detail · Ability to provide first class customer service and aftercare. · Confident and professional telephone and email manner · Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook compulsory) · A genuine passion for all things selling and securing sales leads (Essential) · Previous Sales Admin experience (Essential) · Experience with CRM management (Essential) · Experience with Email Marketing Campaigns/Platforms (Essential) · Enthusiastic approach along with a creative idea mindset. Responsibilities: · Answering customer telephone calls and emails and assisting with day-to-day communications · Assisting with standard quotations considering client budgets via telephone and email. · Put together image-based quotations for customers using InDesign & Photoshop · Responsible for ordering products, monitoring product arrivals and stock inventory for outsourced goods. · Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Interior Design team on new and existing projects where needed. · Maintaining customer communication from start to finish. · Following up potential sales leads within CRM in a time focused and organized approach.
