The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing the right products at the right cost, quality, and lead time to support Dreibach’s multi-channel growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, B&Q, wholesale, and retail partners. This role owns supplier management, cost engineering, and purchase order execution end-to-end. A successful Senior Buyer is highly commercial, detail-oriented, strong in negotiation, and capable of managing multiple suppliers across multiple regions. Experience Essential - • 3–5+ years experience in buying, sourcing, or procurement within China/Asia, • 2+ years in a Senior buying role, • E-commerce buying experience, • Strong negotiation skills with proven cost-saving achievements., • Deep understanding of landed cost, CBM optimisation, duty/tariff structures., • Experience managing multiple suppliers and complex supply chains., • Strong commercial and analytical skills., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Experience with packaging, product sampling, testing, and compliance., • Comfortable with Google Sheets, forecasting tools, and digital workflows.
