Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Local Hearing Aid Sale Manager to drive the growth of our hearing aid products within the UKI market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in hearing aids, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with audiologists, hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals. This role requires a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key players such as Sonova, Demant, WSA, Starkey, and GN. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory., 2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, including audiologists, hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals., 3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and end-users., 4. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement localized promotional activities and campaigns., 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges., 6. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty., 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools., 8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to network and promote our products. Qualifications 1. Majored in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field., 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in hearing aids or audiology products., 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth., 4. Strong knowledge of the hearing aid industry and key competitors (e.g., Sonova, Demant, WSA, Starkey, GN)., 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., 6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based role., 7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory., 8. Fluency in English.
