    M&S Butcher Equipment – Birmingham We are a growing Birmingham-based supplier of professional butchery equipment, machinery, knives and accessories, and we are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Main responsibilities: • Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, • Following up new leads and quotations, • Making outbound sales calls, • Preparing quotations, proformas and customer orders, • Building relationships with new and existing customers, • Contacting potential trade customers, • Helping customers choose suitable machinery and equipment, • Liaising with suppliers regarding prices, availability and lead times, • Keeping customer and sales information up to date, • Helping with new sales and marketing ideas, • Occasionally visiting customers when required What we're looking for: • Confident and professional on the phone, • Comfortable making outbound sales calls, • Friendly, organised and reliable, • Motivated to generate sales, • Good communication skills, • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and computers, • Willing to learn about our products and machinery Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience within butchery, catering, foodservice, machinery or trade supplies would also be beneficial. Progression We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.     About the Role Scruffy Dog Productions Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organised Master Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of our fast-paced creative production projects. Working across production, design, workshop, procurement, project management and installation teams, the Master Scheduler will create and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring activities, resources, dependencies and key deadlines are clearly coordinated and visible across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment where priorities can change quickly and successful delivery depends on exceptional planning and coordination. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain and continuously update master project schedules across multiple production workstreams., • Coordinate timelines across design, fabrication, procurement, logistics, installation and project delivery., • Establish key milestones, dependencies, critical paths and delivery dates., • Work closely with Project Managers, Production Managers, Workshop teams and other stakeholders to ensure schedules accurately reflect project requirements., • Monitor progress against agreed timelines and proactively identify delays, risks, clashes and resource constraints., • Highlight schedule risks and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track., • Coordinate resource requirements and sequencing across concurrent projects., • Maintain accurate schedule information and provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders., • Support short-term and long-term planning during critical production and installation periods., • Ensure schedule changes are communicated promptly to relevant teams., • Contribute to improving scheduling processes, visibility and project delivery efficiency. You will ideally have: • Proven experience in Master Scheduling, Project Scheduling, Production Planning or a similar role., • Experience working within production, manufacturing, construction, events, experiential, creative or other project-based environments., • Strong understanding of project dependencies, critical paths, milestones and resource planning., • Excellent organisational and time-management skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple teams and stakeholders., • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure., • Strong proficiency with scheduling/project management software and Microsoft Excel., • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
