Position: Junior H&S Administrator Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract in an embedded team Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum (pro-rata) Location: Home-based with occasional travel to Birmingham About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior H&S Administrator to join a team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a solid foundation in HSE principles, looking to gain valuable experience in a corporate/finance environment while supporting an embedded team within a financial institution. You will play a crucial role in reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on HSE activities and ensuring compliance with agreed timescales. This position requires the ability to work across multiple platforms and collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors. Requirements: Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of HSE issues. Experience: Previous experience in HSE reporting or consultancy is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with platforms like Assessnet and Cardinus is an advantage. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to Birmingham for meetings or site visits.
