We are partnering with a nationally expanding premium coffee franchise group to appoint a senior operational leader responsible for driving performance across a multi-site estate. This is a commercially accountable, field-based leadership role. It requires discipline, pace and the ability to raise standards consistently across dispersed regions. The Brief You will support group leadership in strengthening operational performance across a national portfolio of branded stores. Your remit will focus on: • Commercial delivery, • Labour control, • Standards and compliance, • Leadership development, • Performance accountability What We Are Looking For You will bring significant multi-site hospitality experience, ideally across 15 or more locations, within a structured branded environment. You will understand: • Franchise dynamics and the balance between brand and commercial performance, • Full P&L ownership at regional level, • Managing and developing area or district-level leaders, • Driving EBITDA performance, not just sales Experience within premium coffee, QSR or structured fast casual brands is highly relevant. The Profile The right individual will be: • Standards-led and operationally disciplined, • Highly commercial with strong labour cost awareness, • Comfortable challenging underperformance, • Calm and composed in pressured environments, • Structured in approach and consistent in delivery, • Protective of brand integrity and stakeholder relationships This is not suited to someone seeking a lifestyle regional role. It requires visible leadership and execution focus. Key Measures of Success You will be accountable for: • Regional sales and EBITDA growth, • Labour optimisation and margin protection, • Audit and compliance standards, • Mystery shopper performance, • Succession planning and bench strength, • Supporting other regions when required We are specifically seeking operators who can evidence: • Portfolio scale and complexity, • Tangible margin improvement, • Labour percentage improvements, • Audit score uplift, • Decisive management of underperformance The Opportunity This is a senior role within a growing national franchise business with clear ambition and investment behind it.
