Our menu is inspired by the food, culture, and hospitality of Sicily - where meals are built around great ingredients, bold flavours, and a sense of generosity. We take influence from traditional Sicilian cooking, using seasonal produce, vibrant flavours, and simple, well-executed dishes that let the ingredients speak for themselves. We want guests to feel at ease, looked after, and to leave having had a genuinely memorable experience. Our team takes pride in understanding what we serve.
