    Solar Canvasser / Appointment Setter Solar Xtra Ltd Performance-Based Earnings | Immediate Start West Midlands & East Midlands | Self-Employed The Opportunity Solar Xtra is a growing Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist helping homeowners across the Midlands reduce their energy bills and become less reliant on the grid. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for confident, ambitious and motivated Solar Canvassers / Appointment Setters. No solar experience is required – full training is provided. The Role This is an appointment-setting role, not a solar closing role. You will work in designated residential territories, speak with homeowners about Solar PV and Battery Storage and arrange FREE home consultations for interested customers. Our Renewable Energy Consultants handle the survey, system design, quotation and final sale. Your role: Speak to homeowners → Create interest → Qualify → Book the consultation → Get paid. You will: • Canvass targeted residential areas., • Introduce homeowners to Solar Xtra., • Explain the basic benefits of Solar PV and Battery Storage., • Identify suitable and interested homeowners., • Book qualified home consultations., • Accurately record customer details., • Represent Solar Xtra professionally. Targeted Territories & Realistic Results We don't simply send our canvassers out to random streets. We target carefully selected residential areas that we believe offer some of the strongest opportunities for Solar PV and Battery Storage. Based on our current field activity, we are seeing approximately 5–10 appointments generated per 100 doors knocked. Results will vary depending on territory, working hours, individual performance and customer engagement, and these figures are not guaranteed. Commission£30 for every qualified appointment that takes place PLUS £350 for every completed installation generated from your appointments UNCAPPED COMMISSION – NO EARNINGS CEILING For example, 15 attended appointments in a week = £450 appointment commission, before any installation bonuses are added. Earnings Potential Good performers: £30,000+ Strong performers: £50,000–£60,000+ Top performers: £80,000+ potential Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. What We're Looking For You should be: • Confident speaking with homeowners., • Friendly and professional., • Self-motivated., • Resilient and comfortable with door-to-door work., • Ambitious and hungry to earn., • Reliable with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, field sales, lead generation, fundraising, telecoms, utilities, estate agency or home improvements is advantageous but not essential. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
