What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structures, • Managing our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standards, • Enhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talent, • Leading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviews, • Overseeing payroll operations and mitigating business risk, • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unions, • Ensuring pension administration is accurate and compliant, • Staying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. gender pay reporting, national living wage) Who You Are You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
