Job Title: Commercial Manager Location: Leeds - 3 Days Hybrid Salary: £60-70K | Company Car | Up to 25% Bonus + Excellent Benefits | We’re working exclusively with a leading branded FMCG business to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager. About the Role You’ll take ownership of delivering a profitable growth plan across a well-established portfolio of brands. Using category and consumer insights, you’ll influence key customers, shape joint business plans, and drive performance across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans in collaboration with major retail partners., • Full P&L ownership (£40–50m), ensuring delivery of commercial and profitability targets., • Lead cross-functional engagement with Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams., • Negotiate and secure new product listings and drive distribution opportunities., • Optimise product mix in line with strategic brand and category objectives., • Track and analyse portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth. About You We’re looking for a results-driven commercial leader with proven experience in FMCG account management and retailer engagement at a senior level. You’ll bring: • FMCG Sales or Account Management experience (essential)., • Experience managing a significant P&L (£35m+)., • Strong understanding of the UK Grocery market (Top 4 experience essential)., • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills., • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functionally., • A proactive, collaborative approach and structured selling process.
