Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Dudley (Onsite) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday Management Accountant required for a small, dynamic finance team for a fantastic engineering business based in Dudley, West Midlands. We are looking for a hands-on accountant to support their growing operations. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a strong, collaborative team where your skills will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries., • Prepare management accounts, reports, and financial analysis for senior management., • Work extensively with large datasets to extract insights and support decision-making., • Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting and financial models., • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes., • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate reporting and smooth financial operations., • Collaborate with the finance team to deliver high-quality results. Requirements: • ACCA or AAT qualified (or part-qualified)., • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar finance role., • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis., • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and financial systems., • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team.
