A reputable law firm with offices in Leeds and Harrogate is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers and Conveyancing Assistants to join their thriving teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on residential property transactions from instruction to completion while providing excellent client service. Location: Leeds / Harrogate (Office-based) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Roles: Residential Conveyancer: • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases., • Prepare and review title and mortgage reports, respond to enquiries, and progress cases independently., • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions., • Provide administrative and paralegal support to Fee Earners., • Draft documents, contracts, and correspondence, conduct searches, and manage land registry applications., • Assist with client onboarding, file management, and case progression., • Organise diaries, deadlines, and appointments efficiently. Requirements: • Conveyancer: Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner)., • Conveyancing Assistant: Experience in a legal support role preferred., • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Excellent communication and client service skills., • Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to professional development.
