Title: Corporate HR & Legal Administrator Location: Central London (Hybrid working) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate HR & Legal Administrator to join their London office, supporting both the Human Resources and Legal functions across a broad range of administrative, compliance, systems, and coordination duties. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and general HR support, • Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, security, and user support, • Maintain accurate records for employee files, legal documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance matters, • Support the implementation of new systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives across HR operations, • Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements, • Provide administrative support to the in-house Legal team across a variety of legal and compliance matters, • Assist with the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documentation and records, • Support policy development, document control processes, and wider compliance activities, • Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders where required, • Support wider business projects and process improvements across HR and legal operations, • Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and in line with company procedures Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience gained within a reputable law firm, • Strong understanding of legal documentation, legal administration, and compliance processes, • Experience within a corporate, multinational, or professional services environment, • Exposure to HR administration, HR operations, or HR systems would be advantageous, • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail, • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, • Demonstrated experience implementing new systems, improving processes, or driving automation initiatives, • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems, • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately, • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment Desirable: • Law Degree (LLB) or other relevant bachelor's degree from a reputable university, • Knowledge of UK Employment Law, • Experience supporting HR systems, technology, or process improvement initiatives, • Strong interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
