The Role + what we are looking for: As a Performance Media Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery and optimisation of paid social media campaigns and will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies across various platforms. Performance Media Execution: • Campaign Implementation: Assist in the setup, launch, and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed., • Ad Creation & Management: Create and manage engaging ad creatives, including text, images and videos, tailored to specific target audiences., • Audience Targeting: Implement and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right users with the right message., • Budget Management: Assist in the allocation and management of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing ROI., • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments. Performance Analysis & Reporting: • Data Collection: Gather and organize campaign data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness., • Report Generation: Assist in the creation of regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights., • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation., • Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on campaign progress. Platform Expertise & Best Practices: • Platform Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of paid social media platforms, including their features, functionalities, and best practices., • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in platform algorithms., • A/B Testing: Assist in the implementation of A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad creatives and targeting strategies. Collaboration & Communication: • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including the Head of Performance Media, other specialists, and the wider marketing team., • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other stakeholders., • Project Management: Assist in the management of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Growth & Development: • Learning: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop your skills in performance marketing., • Mentorship: Work closely with senior team members to receive mentorship and guidance., • Training: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge of paid social media advertising.
