You will be confident monitoring performance against KPIs, outcomes frameworks, or payment-by-results contracts, using strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive service improvements. You will have experience supporting managers and teams to enhance quality and performance, with excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively across multiple partners.
