As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be working across our quick service restaurant and our outside terraced restaurant. You will be supporting the restaurant manager by leading a team of team members, commis waiters, servers and hosts. You will support our managers in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant from setting up for morning rush, to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures. This is a full time role 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with shifts falling between 8am and 11.30pm.
