Your Role: As Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Bar Manager and ensuring smooth running operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with bar operations. Supervising and motivating the bar team to deliver excellent service. Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Stepping in to lead bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. Working hours include weekday evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays Opening & lock up required. The Role: · Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities · Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email · Establishing contacts to help build a client database · Add new vacancies to the job board and ensure the accuracy of the advert and to maximise applications · Send out interview confirmations and job descriptions via email · Register candidates that may be looking for temporary or permanent work · Reference checking and vetting all candidates following registration · Taking incoming calls to the office via the phone system and passing calls to relevant staff · You will assess and interview candidates to build a clear picture of their career goals and noting their experience · Represent us at local and national recruitment related events Desired Skills and Experience: · Worked in a similar sales environment · Be confident working in a fast-paced environment · Excellent organisational skills · Ability to communicate professionally · Ability to use initiative and willingness to learn · Strong MS Office and bespoke software skills Salary - Range £18,000 - £21,000 (Dependant on experience + Bonuses) Car park available Apply
