Assist with completing circa 50 commercial leases, the role will entail:
- Prepare and issue heads of terms
- Edit our standard template lease with the information agreed on heads of terms
- Leases are outside of the 1954 act meaning notices and statutory declarations have to be issued correctly and legally compliant
- Discuss with Open Storage Group any comments/revisions suggested by tenants Solictor
- Amend lease accordingly if agreed to do so.
- Follow up with tenants Solicitor to ensure the documentation is completed
- Once all documentation is signed and returned, file a hard and soft copy with Open Storage Group.
