Key Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance and repair work across a variety of trades, • Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions, • Prepare accurate job quotes for clients, • Ensure all work meets our internal quality control standards, • Maintain strong communication with clients and the head office, • Follow all health and safety procedures on site, • Accurately document work completed, time spent, and materials used, • Proven experience in at least two of the following:, • Carpentry, • General Building, • Plumbing, • Painting & Decorating, • Plastering, • Gardening / Grounds Maintenance, • Confidence in quoting and invoicing for small to mid-sized jobs, • Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship, • Strong organisational and time-management skills, • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, • Full UK driving licence, • Relevant trade certifications (preferred), • Own tools (preferred but not essential)
