Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across a variety of trades
- Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions
- Prepare accurate job quotes for clients
- Ensure all work meets our internal quality control standards
- Maintain strong communication with clients and the head office
- Follow all health and safety procedures on site
- Accurately document work completed, time spent, and materials used
- Represent Vesture in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in at least two of the following:
- Carpentry
- General Building
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering
- Gardening / Grounds Maintenance
- Confidence in quoting and invoicing for small to mid-sized jobs
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant trade certifications (preferred)
- Own tools (preferred but not essential)
