Job: Dutch Speaking HR Advisor Location: Watford, hybrid Salary: up to £32,000, depending on experience Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Full-Time Language Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Dutch Speaking HR Advisor to join a busy, multilingual HR team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to Dutch speaking employees across the business, combining your knowledge of local employment legislation with a practical, hands-on approach to HR operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone confident in managing queries, streamlining processes, and guiding others, all while being part of a collaborative and service-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch speaking team members across the region, • Resolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systems, • Provide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policies, • Work alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of working, • Create and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet content What You’ll Bring: • Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written), • Confidence to give accurate, consistent advice on policies and workplace issues, • Strong interpersonal skills, • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery, • Ideally, you’ll hold a recognised HR qualification (such as CIPD) or equivalent experience What You’ll Enjoy: When you join, you’ll be part of a workplace that values collaboration, well-being, and personal development.
