A minimum basic understanding of BMS systems is required. • Documenting assets and works carried out on our field management system (SimPRO) using a mobile device. • Communicating with customers on site at the beginning and end of a site visit, including any relevant updates during the visit. • Attending engineer update meetings and undergoing appropriate training as required. • Be part of the On Call rota to take responsibility for a fair share of the Out of Hours call outs.
