Part-Time Cleaner – Schools & Private Residences
Location: Bushey and Watford, Hertfordshire
Hours: 5 days per week, approximately 4–5 hours

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across school premises and private residential properties in the Bushey and Watford areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned to a high standard, creating clean, hygienic, and welcoming environments for staff, pupils, residents, and visitors.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and can work independently while consistently delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
● Carry out general cleaning duties across school premises and private residential properties.
● Clean and sanitise designated areas, including floors, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
● Follow appropriate cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
● Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.
● Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
● Maintain a professional, respectful, and discreet approach when working in private properties.
Essential Requirements
● Previous experience in domestic, commercial, or school cleaning is preferred.
● Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
● Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Professional attitude and good organisational skills.
● Respect for confidentiality and privacy when working in residential properties.
● Willingness to work across different locations within Bushey and Watford.
Working Hours and Pay
● Working pattern: 5 days per week.
● Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per shift.
● Location: Various school and private residential properties in Bushey and Watford.
● Pay: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience.
