Main duties include but are not exclusive to: • Assisting and leading in the preparation and delivery of high-quality activity sessions within the camp., • Ensure all children have fun!, • Supervising children throughout the day and ensuring safety., • Meet and greet children and parents on arrival in a cheerful manner., • Follow the club’s policies and procedures., • Encourage children to make friends and challenge themselves., • Ensuring safe practice within sessions. *Role is not defined to just these responsibilities, as you may need to be flexible and willing to adapt. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: • Enthusiasm and a positive approach to working with children., • Reliable and committed to providing a fun experience for all those who attend., • Confidence and competence in learning or knowing a variety of sports activities. Desirable: • Coaching, teaching or childcare experience., • DBS (If not, we will process one for you)., • Paediatric First Aid., • A passion for sport.
