Responsibilities include: -Creating plans to support students’ progression -Monitoring and evaluating student performance, attendance, behaviour, overall progress to ensure continuous improvement and to help each student reach their full potential. -Assisting with marking and providing tutoring where needed. -Communicating with parents to address any questions or concerns regarding their child’s progress and development.
