How you'll make an impact • Act as the primary AI advocate and point of contact for our UK Trading Divisions, ensuring alignment with Gallagher’s overall AI strategy., • Build fantastic relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives, IT teams, and operational leaders, to identify opportunities for AI to address business challenges., • Increase the use and value of Gallagher’s AI investments by identifying, prioritising, and sponsoring impactful use cases within the business division., • Collaborate with the IT AI working group, the global AI committee, and the Gallagher Global Broking global AI lead to ensure local and global AI initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver measurable benefits., • Promote AI literacy within the business division, ensuring employees understand the potential and limitations of AI technologies., • Ensure appropriate training is delivered to upskill teams and enable them to effectively leverage AI tools and solutions., • Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications around AI initiatives, successes, and opportunities., • Actively participate in and contribute to the AI champions network, serving as a visible and vocal advocate for AI., • A proven background and understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and their potential impact on business processes., • Knowledge and experience of the general and Lloyds/London Insurance Market., • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights., • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes., • Experience in organising and facilitating workshops, focus groups, and training sessions., • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and ethical considerations related to AI., • Extensive experience in business leadership, IT, or digital transformation roles, with a focus on AI or data analytics., • Demonstrated success in implementing AI initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
