We are looking for a passionate **Shift Engineer *to join our wonderful team of our 5 Hotel Client. What You will Do • From £30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus service charge, travel contribu, • 40 hours a week, • You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise, • You will respond to and attend to guest repair requests, • You will perform preventative maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, • You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel, • Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager, • Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc., • Assist with inventory organisation and ordering What We are Looking For: • Organisation and ability to multi-task Attention to detail • Strong problem solving skills Prior experience as an Engineer in hotels. • Candidate should have excellent communication skills, • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Kindly apply with your CV and we get back to the successful candidates within 2 days.

We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team and help maintain the high standards across our dynamic venues. As the first point of contact for all maintenance issues, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of our premises. With six vibrant venues across London, you’ll be part of an exciting hospitality group committed to quality and excellence. About the Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities across the group, using your expertise across multiple core trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and refrigeration. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving on the go. What You’ll Do: • Carry out maintenance tasks across multiple venues, including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, tiling, and more., • Diagnose and respond to issues quickly and effectively, providing short-term fixes and long-term solutions., • Act as the key liaison between venue staff, head office, and external contractors., • Communicate and escalate urgent maintenance issues to the Group Facilities Manager., • Implement and support Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) systems., • Proactively identify recurring issues and work to prevent them., • Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when needed., • Conduct routine building inspections to ensure consistently high standards., • Use Todoist, our maintenance app, to manage and track all tasks and issues., • Plan and prioritise jobs to minimise downtime and unnecessary travel. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality installs and excellent customer service. As we expand, we are seeking experienced F-Gas certified engineers to join us on a subcontractor basis. Role Overview: You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (primarily split and multi-split units). You will represent the company at customer sites, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in full compliance with health & safety regulations. Responsibilities: Installation of new AC systems (primarily split and multi-split) at domestic and commercial sites Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair of AC units Routine servicing and maintenance Ensuring all works comply with F-Gas regulations Completing job reports and documentation Providing excellent customer service and upholding company reputation Liaising with office team for job scheduling and updates Adhering to all relevant health & safety guidelines on-site Requirements: Valid F-Gas certification (Category 1 preferred) Proven experience installing and servicing AC systems Own tools and transport (van preferred) Public liability insurance UTR number (for subcontractor payment) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional, reliable, and customer-focused What We Offer: Competitive per-installation rates (£200–£600 per install, depending on job size) Regular pipeline of work (especially during peak season) Flexible schedule—accept jobs that fit your availability Prompt payment Support from our office team
