  Our client is an established Building Services consultancy. They require the support of a 2d Mechanical CAD draughtsman to work with an HVAC / mechanical department. The purpose is to support the engineering team by producing new and revising 2d HVAC / Mechanical and Plumbing Health engineering mark-ups and drawings, using AutoCAD.   Intermediate Electrical Engineer Building Services North London £40,000–£45,000 We're looking for an ambitious Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our client’s growing Building Services team in North London. You'll be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services from concept through to completion, working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you'll contribute to a wide variety of projects, including: Commercial offices and mixed-use developments Residential developments (high-end and multi-unit) Ministry of Defence (MoD) projects Refurbishment and new-build schemesYou'll be responsible for producing electrical designs, calculations and technical documentation while coordinating with clients, architects and the wider design team. Responsibilities Design electrical building services systems, including lighting, power, fire alarms, data and security systems. Prepare calculations, specifications, reports and technical drawings. Use industry-standard software to produce high-quality engineering designs. Coordinate with mechanical engineers, architects and external consultants. Attend client and design team meetings.   My client, a market leading Electrical and Mechanical Design Consultancy based in North London is searching for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This is an office-based role, offering varied commercial and industrial projects for Government Bodies and Public Sector Clients. As an Electrical Design Engineer you will join a bespoke team based in North London. The office is located within easy reach of the Jubilee Line and parking is available on site. You will be trained and supported by an experienced team and have the chance to work on major commercial schemes including high rise office blocks, MOD projects and data centres across the UK. You will require security clearance for this role. As an Electrical Design Engineer you will be expected to complete detailed electrical designs using AutoCAD, Dialux and Amtech. You will also be supported to complete; -Design calculations for commercial projects. -Detailed designs of electrical systems and cabling for buildings (commercial and industrial). -Survey, tests and reports on existing installations. -Attend technical meetings with professionals and contractors. -Engineering calculations using Amtech, Dialux, Pro-Design or equivalent software, -Preparing tender specifications and drawings for projects. -Train and support others when needed.
