We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Health Care Trainer to provide training and guidance to healthcare professionals. This part-time role involves conducting training sessions, developing educational materials, and ensuring that healthcare staff are well-equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals Conduct online training sessions Stay updated with healthcare industry standards and best practices Assess trainees' progress and provide feedback Prepare educational materials and resources Requirements: Background in healthcare (e.g., nursing, medical training, healthcare administration) Previous experience in training or teaching preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles Certification in training or education is a plus

Ø Supervise daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and schedules. Ø Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for smooth execution. Ø Monitor on-site workers to ensure adherence to safety standards and productivity goals. Ø Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project needs. Ø Enforce adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company policies. Ø Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Ø Track inventory levels and prevent wastage. Ø Monitor project expenses to stay within budget. Ø Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients.

keep clean, tidy and safe building site. Keep organisation on the equipment. Provide help and support on the daily works, be flexible, hard working and smart. experience not necessary but any will be appreciated. willing to learn and be successful in the company. must speak English. Alternatively Italian or Spanish also works. polite, honest and respectful is a must. no older then 30 years old drive license not necessary but much more appreciated and useful specially for who don’t have skills. self employed and apprenticeship considered. no time wasting please if you don’t want work hard don’t apply ! good day rate payed for best candidate.
