Maintenance Supervisor Rugby, Warwickshire £50,000 - £55,000 DOE Days Mon – Fri (8am – 4:30pm, 8am – 3:30pm) – 1 Weekend in 7 on callExcellent opportunity for Ex-Forces engineering supervisors/managers Benefits • Up to 8% company bonus scheme, • Company profit sharing/share scheme, • 6 months full sick pay, • Excellent internal promotion opportunities amongst a team with excellent longevity, • The role is a largely hands-off role, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns., • Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site, • Delegate day to day working responsibilities, • Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work., • Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance team lead/supervisor/manager in an industrial environment, • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical maintenance discipline – Essential for this role, • Ability to work in a heavy plant environment – Previous experience not essential, • Strong communication skills
