Role Overview We are looking for a well-presented and service-oriented Office Butler / Hospitality Assistant to support daily office hospitality and guest services. The role requires a strong focus on professional service, organisation, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests, • Manage light food preparation (e.g. sandwiches, snacks), • Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are clean, stocked, and well-organised, • Receive and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, • Support meeting room setup and hospitality requirements, • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times, • Monitor inventory of pantry supplies and coordinate replenishmentRequirements, • Prior experience in hospitality, office support, or similar service roles, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Good presentation and professional etiquette, • Basic food preparation and pantry management skills, • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, • Positive attitude and customer-focused approachPreferred (Not Mandatory), • Experience in office environments or corporate hospitality, • Basic cooking or food handling knowledge, • Understanding of hygiene and safety standardsWorking Details, • Full-time, office-based role, • Standard working hours (Monday to Friday)
