Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen and pots/pans Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen and restaurant. Responsible for ensuring products are correctly stored and keeping the store room clean and tidy. Good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements. Adhering to all required legislation and standards and health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
