Role Overview: As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand directly in residential communities, engaging with households to share information, answer questions, and help interested customers through the sign-up or purchase process. This role is perfect for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions and building rapport. Key Responsibilities: Visit residential areas within assigned territories to promote brand awareness. Engage in friendly, professional conversations with potential customers. Clearly present product/service features and benefits. Answer questions and address concerns confidently and accurately. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes. Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve daily and weekly activity targets. Uphold brand values and represent the company with integrity. Salary: £30,000 to £40,000K pa – depending on sales experience This role requires an experienced Field Sales BD Manager adept at booking face to face meetings, retaining and gaining new business opportunities. Field Sales BD Manager duties Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers. Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with existing customers Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers Have a proven track record within a sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget. Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
