Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher with additional responsibilities for deep cleaning on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to high standards. Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashers or by hand as needed. - Ensure that all kitchen equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards. - Assist in the organization and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment. - Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. - Sweep and mop kitchen floors. - Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. In addition to the regular kitchen porter/dishwasher duties, this position will also be responsible for performing deep cleaning tasks on a monthly basis. This will involve thorough cleaning of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
