carer PBSS

Part time Female carer required, no experience necessary as full training given. 35yr old male with autism and other special needs, requires full support with personal care, meals, trips, outings and swimming. Adam requires 2 carers when in the community, he does use a wheelchair but is mobile. No lifting required. Driver over 25 ( for car insurance) . DBS required ( can be provided). Tuesday and Friday swimming shifts 11:15 -2:45. Wednesday or Thursday 11:15 -2:45 for outings such as bowling, crazy golf, cinema etc… occasional evening for theatre trips. 12week probation period
