As a Subway Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind a vibrant and welcoming sandwich shop, leading daily operations with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing., • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective supervision and coaching., • Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations., • Supervise inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness to meet health standards., • Train staff on food production techniques, serving protocols, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team., • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability., • Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement. Skills • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills., • Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices., • Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary roles such as barista or hotel food service is highly desirable., • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure., • Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and engage with customers.
