We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to help with culinary operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence, • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste, • Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations, • Help ensure smooth kitchen workflow, • Collaborate with dietary departments to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions, • Maintain high standards of food handling, hygiene, and customer service throughout all processes Skills • A background in hospitality would give you an added edge, however full training on site will be given
