What You'll Be Doing

• Running your own kitchen section during service
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Supporting menu development with fresh ideas
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team
• Managing stock and minimising waste
• Delivering consistently outstanding food for every guest

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
✔ Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
✔ Calm under pressure with excellent organisation
✔ Great team player with a positive attitude
✔ High standards of food safety and cleanliness
✔ A genuine desire to learn and develop
